Unfortunately it is not possible to travel from Dubrovnik to Rome by bus. But the following travel options are possible

1. Travel by plane, during summer season there is usually several weekly departures
2. Ferry from Dubrovnik to Bari and then continue the travel from there on with, Train, car or Bus.
