Year around there are buses connecting Basel and Zagreb, the bus route is operated from several Swiss and Croatian bus companies in co-operation. The bus travels via Zurich, where passengers has to change bus. In Basel the bus departure from the central bus stop at the Meret Oppenheim-Strasse, which is next to the main train station. In Zagreb the bus drops of passengers at the main bus station, from where there are tram connections to all parts of Zagreb as well as a bus directly to the airport. The bus travel time from Basel to Zagreb is about 14 hours. Luggage for the hold is not included in the ticket price.
