Croatia by Car

If you are planning a visit to Croatia and are among those people that prefer keeping up with their own pace, and not depend about anyone else’s, then you are probably considering renting a car or even taking your own vehicle to make a journey around the region. Luckily, Croatian roads are in a fairly good condition, and there is of course the highway that connects the capital and other Northern parts of the country with the coastal cities. The highway is more than 1000 km long and therefore it requires a lot of maintenance, for which you are required to pay a distance dependant toll fee.
